Nothing comes into existence except that is first thought. A chair was not a chair before someone thought of it and then afterwards made it. But first, it was a thought. The same is true for all that you see and believe to be real. First, it was a thought.
You may not believe this when you read it. It doesn't change the fact that it is true. You may not believe in gravity, but gravity still holds you to the earth. You may not believe the Sun is still and the Earth moves around it, but it does.
You are not the product of heredity, environment, or past experiences. You are the product of what you have chosen to accept as the "truth" or "reality" as to who and what you are.

7. Nothing worse than chopping up a piece of paper and having it all over the lawn! At this point I proceeded to cut the grass on my lawn tractor. It took a little over an hour for me to cut the grass. During that time, I saw that 1st rabbit all over the place! He just kept running around, apparently trying to keep an eye on where I was. The 2nd rabbit sat in the same spot along the wall where I could easily see him and avoid him for the entire time. And the 3rd rabbit stayed in the hole seeming not to be too concerned with me and what I was doing.
I began to think about how interesting it was that the 3 individual rabbits had the same outward experience, but the way they responded, and therefore their individual experience, was entirely different. One ran around in a frenzy, one sat quietly and watched, and another seemed to hold their position and remain unconcerned.
We may take a look at ourselves and see how we respond to problems. Do we get frightened into running about frantically? Do we sit on the sideline carefully watching? Or do we stick to what we know and remain unconcerned knowing the problem cannot touch us?

To shift away from negative, self-defeating thoughts, you must first recognize them. Here are a few classics: "I am not beautiful nor talented. I can't be happy. Life is hard. What we think, and how we set our mental equivalent on any given day, sets the tone for what the universe will provide for us. Substitute the disasters on the morning news with a sense of positive expectation for your day. Rise out of negativity in as many ways as you can identify. Think great thoughts about everyone. Switch on the positive thought channel the minute you arise each day and consciously invite abundance and opportunity into your experience.
In today's merge of mysticism, psychology, religion, science, and philosophy, western thinking is moving away from hard data and proof. Our culture is interested in illustrating the concept that thoughts create reality. Logical positivism had its field day, and people are beginning to embrace the power of the mind at the intuitive and spiritual level.
To turn negative self-talk around, you must discover where your mind is ingrained with patterns of negative expectation. This was discussed in the movie "What the Bleep Do We Know!?" Our neuro networks become ingrained in patterns that make us search for a chemical "hit" in our interpretation of reality. In a nutshell, when we continue to stay in negative thought patterns that do not serve our higher purpose, we are destined to keep repeating the same life experiences over and over again because we will never view reality any differently. Our lives will never improve, and living with joy seems unattainable because we are generating more of what we don't want.
Our thoughts, memories, and emotions are not only part of our mental programming, but have a physiological effect on our bodies. Scientists have determined that we hard-wire our own brains by our associative memory: our associations with people, events, times, places, and things. We assign emotions to the memories recorded in complex strings of nerve cells wired together. The strings become networks of information we can access automatically at any time.
Connections between our nerve cells are strengthened when repeatedly stimulated in a process called "long term potentiation." Through associative learning, our brains are not only programmed by ordinary experiences but by extreme circumstances. Trauma actually changes the structure and function of the brain.
We rely upon many automatic programs to function. Neural networks give us an opportunity to shift into "cruise control." We don't have to think about making every keystroke when typing; we just do. We've established the network by repetition.
Thoughts affect our bodies, especially any thoughts that have become patterns that don't serve us well. For example, putting yourself down is based upon old information and not the powerful, present moment. Old experiences like despair, low self-esteem, and self-pity are emotions that give us a chemical boost of neuropeptides, which guide our perception of our current day choices.
Want to feel better and stop negative self-talk? Prune your old negative programming and take charge of your current circumstances. New positive thoughts create new systems in the brain, which produce new chemistry associated with new emotional change. Break your "put down" habit neuron-by-neuron and learn to react differently to life! The next time you catch yourself in a put-down, say out loud, "I cancel that" and instantly substitute a new and powerful thought about you.
It's vital to remember that your thoughts, emotions, beliefs, and physicality are intertwined. Negative self-talk down can make you feel unmotivated and physically ill. Moving your mind to a new way of being is a healthy habit you need to cultivate.
Here are 5 quick ways to shift to the positive self-talk channel:
Check your state of mind. Choose your own attitude and emotions, not another person's outlook on life. Focus your intentions in the present moment. Because we have a choice, life originates in the mind first. As within, so without. Be consciously aware of what you want to create -- and claim it as your unique mantra.
Focus on today. Step away from old memories, past relationships, and hurts. Attend to the present. Find joy in what you bring to the table today. Take a deep breath, stay centered, and remind yourself you are a gift to the world!
See the big picture. In the universal equation, today is but a blink in time. Move gracefully through difficult moments with ease because you are not stuck there permanently -- you are going "through it"! You can do this without depleting your energy reserves by making a commitment to doing so. Remember, life goes all too quickly. Make each day count and quit wasting your energy on negative thoughts, unproductive thinking, and who said what to whom 10 years ago.
Release negative expectation. Focus on what YOU can do to contribute to a better world and not what others expect you to do. Pace yourself. As you practice positive expectation, you'll find that better circumstances will be attracted to you naturally. Have faith in the process!
Be thankful. There is no better way to change your energy than to turn up the volume on thankfulness. If you are thankful for what makes you happy, by the Law of Attraction, the universe will provide you with MORE to be thankful for. Be generous with gratitude -- to those in your life who care, to your Higher Power, and to yourself for beginning an individual spark of Divine Power. Your natural state is unlimited abundance, so be thankful for all you are and your journey.

To make money online, it is necessary to keep yourself uplifted and motivated on a daily basis, and if you do not, you may find your work from home to be more of a burden than a joy.

Get motivated every day.
Zig Ziglar was once confronted about being a “motivational speaker.” The guy said to him, “You guys come and get people hyped up and then you leave and the motivation goes away. It doesn’t last, and then you have to get motivated again.” Zig reminded the gentleman that baths are the same way but we think it is a good idea to take a bath every day!
It is true that motivation doesn’t last. We have to renew it each and every day. That is okay. It doesn’t make motivation a bad thing. We simply have to realize that if we want to stay motivated over the long term, it is something we will have to apply to ourselves each and every day.
Have a vision for your life.
The root word of motivation is “motive.” The definition of motive is, “A reason to act.” This is the cognitive or rational side of motivation. It is your vision. You have to have a vision that is big enough to motivate you. If you are making $50,000 a year, it isn’t going to motivate you to set your goal at $52,000 a year. You just won’t get motivated for that because the reward isn’t enough. Maybe $70,000 a year would work for you. Set out a vision and a strategy for getting there. Have a plan and work the plan.
Fuel your passion.
Much of motivation is emotional. I don’t know quite how it works but I do know THAT it works. Emotion is a powerful force in getting us going. Passion is an emotion, so fuel your passion. “Well, I like to work on logic,” you may say. Great, now work on your passion. Set yourself on a course to have a consuming desire for your goal, whatever it is. Do whatever you can to feel the emotion and use it to your advantage!
Work hard enough to get results.
You can build on your motivation by getting results. The harder you work, the more results you will get and the more results you get, the more you will be motivated to get more. These things all build on one another. If you want to lose weight, then lose the first few pounds. When the belt moves to the next notch you will get fired up to get it to the notch beyond that!
Put good materials into your mind.
I can’t say this enough – listen to tapes. I still listen to tapes regularly. I buy tape clubs from other speakers and I learn and grow. Their successes motivate me to get my own successes! Read good books. Read books that teach you new ideas and skills. Read books that tell the stories of successful people. Buy them, read them, and get motivated! Buy great music and listen to it. I just did a spinning class at the club today. Whenever a good song came on I was actually able to get motivated to ride faster! It gets you going and motivates you!
Ride the momentum when it comes.
Sometimes you will just be clicking and sometimes you won’t. That is okay. It is the cycle of life. When you aren’t clicking, plug away. When you are clicking, pour it on because momentum will help you get larger gains in a shorter period of time with less energy. That is the Momentum Equation! When you are feeling good about how your work is going, ride the momentum and get as much out of it as you can!
These are the top six ways to stay motivated:
Get motivated every day.
Have a vision for your life.
Fuel your passion.
Work hard enough to get results.
Put good materials into your mind.
Ride the momentum when it comes.

A DAY WITHOUT CRITICISM
Are you up for a BIG -- and rewarding -- challenge, my friend?
Here it is ...
No criticizing anything or anyone for any
reason for 24 hours.
Just leave off the judgment, condemnation, that urge to find
fault.
No bad-mouthing your kids, your boss, your coworkers or
employees, your government or people involved in it. No putting
down anything you see on the TV, in the newspaper, on the
internet. No disparaging anything that's going on in your house,
in your community, or your country, or anywhere in the world.
In your LIFE.
Just let it all go for ONE DAY.
As you do this, notice ...
1. Just how OFTEN you are tempted not only to
SEE something to criticize but to actually
open your mouth and say it. (Or write it.)
2. That things don't get any better when you
do that -- and they often get worse. (So what
was the point of doing that? Hmm.)
3. How often the criticism and judgment and
condemnation you're spewing are aimed at YOU.
(You wouldn't want anyone else to talk to you
like that, would you?)
4. That whatever it is that bugged you fades
out of your awareness a lot faster when you
don't glom onto it as if it were a winning
lottery ticket you just found on the street.
(Latching on and criticizing is more like you
just stepped into something nasty out there
and now you can't scrape it off your shoe.)
5. That the world actually keeps turning on
its axis WITHOUT you inoculating it with
fresh doses of the mental poison of criticism.
Now, if you feel like you just have to say SOMETHING or you're
going to explode, then try this:
Say something positive.
Shocking! Some things are just SO awful you can't POSSIBLY do
that, right?
Come on, you're no wimp. Put a little mental muscle into this!
(And that's not about RESISTING. It's more
like gracefully stepping aside and letting
the garbage just flow right by you instead
of INTO you.)
Find something good even if you have to dig for it. Look for a
way to say YES instead of a big, ugly, self-harming NO.
Oh, and while you're at it -- don't let anyone else criticize YOU
during these 24 hours. If someone should try, just give the
perpetrator a big grin and walk away.
(That'll confuse 'em!) Or hit the DELETE key. Or whatever it
takes to let it slide right off and keep yourself from getting
down in the slop with them.
Remember: No wimping out HERE either.
The truth is, that whenever someone else feels the need to bash
you, it is NOT about you. It's just their own "stuff" making them
so uncomfortable that they feel like they have to let it out
somehow.
And if you've been engaging in the same sort
of judgmental thinking -- like, oh, most of
the world's population, I'll bet -- then all
you did was ATTRACT it to yourself.
Which has NOTHING to do with DESERVING it.
You don't. So drop the mental magnet and let that junk go.
(And if you find this takes a bit of practice to get right,
you're not going to CRITICIZE yourself for that either, right?)

See, this is not just some "goody-two-shoes" attitude I'm
encouraging here. It's purely "enlightened self interest." Purely
practical.

Most people wanting to work from home or make money on the internet don't like the sound of schedules. Schedules! Wadaya mean schedules! I thought I was working for myself. I thought I got away from that sort of thing!
Well, guess again. If you're going to be successful, you have to be disciplined enough to set aside specific time for your business and the daily tasks it requires. But here's the good news. Your schedule is made by you. You can vary and alter it as you feel you need to in order to work around the other aspects of your life. Now there's something you can sink your teeth into! You can make your work schedule to fit the lifestyle you want to have. When the kids are home, spend some time with them. When your husband or wife is home, spend some time with them. If you are going to have visitors, make sure you schedule their visit and don't allow them to just drop in on you anytime.
Keeping your goals in front of you regularly is the best idea too. To prevent discouragement, make S.M.A.R.T. goals. S.M.A.R.T. goals are:
SPECIFIC
MEASURALBLE
ATTAINABLE
REALISTIC
TIMELY
SPECIFIC- A specific goal has a much greater chance of being accomplished than a general goal. To set a specific goal you must answer the six W questions:
*Who: Who is involved?
*What: What do I want to accomplish?
*Where: Identify a location.
*When: Establish a time frame.
*Which: Identify requirements and constraints.
*Why: Specific reasons, purpose or benefits of accomplishing the goal.
MEASURABLE - Establish concrete criteria for measuring progress toward the attainment of each goal you set. When you measure your progress, you stay on track, reach your target dates, and experience the exhilaration of achievement that spurs you on to continued effort required to reach your goal.
To determine if your goal is measurable, ask questions such as......How much? How many? How will I know when it is accomplished?
ATTAINABLE - When you identify goals that are most important to you, you begin to figure out ways you can make them come true. You develop the attitudes, abilities, skills, and financial capacity to reach them. You begin seeing previously overlooked opportunities to bring yourself closer to the achievement of your goals.
You can attain most any goal you set when you plan your steps wisely and establish a time frame that allows you to carry out those steps. Goals that may have seemed far away and out of reach eventually move closer and become attainable, not because your goals shrink, but because you grow and expand to match them. When you list your goals you build your self-image. You see yourself as worthy of these goals, and develop the traits and personality that allow you to possess them.
REALISTIC - To be realistic, a goal must represent an objective toward which you are both willing and able to work. A goal can be both high and realistic; you are the only one who can decide just how high your goal should be. But be sure that every goal represents substantial progress. A high goal is frequently easier to reach than a low one because a low goal exerts low motivational force. Some of the hardest jobs you ever accomplished actually seem easy simply because they were a labor of love.
Your goal is probably realistic if you truly believe that it can be accomplished. Additional ways to know if your goal is realistic is to determine if you have accomplished anything similar in the past or ask yourself what conditions would have to exist to accomplish this goal.
TIMELY - A goal should be grounded within a time frame. With no time frame tied to it there's no sense of urgency. If you want to lose 10 lbs, when do you want to lose it by? "Someday" won't work. But if you anchor it within a timeframe, "by May 1st", then you've set your unconscious mind into motion to begin working on the goal.
T can also stand for Tangible - A goal is tangible when you can experience it with one of the senses, that is, taste, touch, smell, sight or hearing. When your goal is tangible you have a better chance of making it specific and measurable and thus attainable.

It's another day making money from my desk while I work from home. That is it. Everything else can be done in different ways. You might build through parties, running ads, fundraisers, online, or whatever. You don't have to build in the same way as your upline and sponsor. Find your way and commit to it 100%.

There will be long days and sleepless nights. However, if everything falls into place, and you plan each step very carefully, the end will justify the means.
The largest obstacle you will need to overcome is fear...fear of the unknown...fear of change ...fear of failing. Fear is the basis of failure and prevents you from living your true passion. Make certain you don't fail to try.
Above all else, you must take the first step to overcome your fears. With each step you take, you will be a bit closer to achieving your dreams. If you keep trying, you'll never fail.
